I can't be thankful enough that I've found your website today. It may sound a little dramatic but looking at your marvelous work gave me an “awakening.” Through your work you have empowered me to make use of my talent. I am a photography hobbyist myself and I believe I have the “eye” for it but unfortunately a combo of low self-esteem and procrastination has gotten the better of me over the years. I do have a lot of “canned” photos, everything is almost work in progress that I can't seem to complete a solid portfolio or even just a simple collection that is coherent. For whatever reason, I can't seem to take off. I had been struggling to break free from what seems to be a “photographer's block” but I remain stuck. I have all these wonderful ideas that never reach fruition. I felt like time has left me behind. I feel like I would never be the “photographer” that I believe I could have been. I am close to giving up until your pictures “talked” to me today as if coaching me to aspire and make use of my talent. Thankfully, I also read your interview on Emel Magazine. Your story inspired me so much that, YES, I am clicking my camera again. And by the way, you have such an amazing Mother. I'm sure she's been a very important driving force in your artistic expression. Me too, I have an amazing Mother and in that note I really believe that just like you I have everything I need to be just as successful. I will go ahead and explore her Thousand Stories.

(If you happen to visit Washington, DC let me know. I could tour you around and you can crash in my house. I'm serious. DC is very photogenic. I lived and worked in Riyadh a few years back and that's why I understand that your success in the world of arts is a breakthrough for your country. And if I borrow one of your titles, you bring RAYS OF GREEN to your KSA.)
